We specialise in large conferences in Europe but we are not limited to this. Minimum event size is 10 pax to offer preferential and group rates.
We usually work on enquiries for group sizes of 25 pax & upwards. There is no limit to how big the event is. We can book a venue for you from 10 to 10,000+ pax.

We work with our clients as part of their team for free, We get a kickback from the venue as a commission, a way of saying thank you/finders fee.
We put all the dates and rates of each venue together into a proposal for you, with the key detail only. This will include the dates available, location, max capacities, important things to consider, costs and a link to the website- it's the same format for every venue so that you can compare with ease.
It is standard industry practice for the venue or hotel to offer commission to the agent booking your event. The commission agents receive has no effect on the rates that are offered to our clients. We will not work with a venue if they mark up costs to cover our commission.

The booking contract will be between your chosen venue/hotel and your company. We facilitate the contract for you, checking it has all details agreed and correct terms, however the contracts are always signed between Client and Venue. You would then make a direct payment to the hotel/venue/supplier.
We can either arrange a site visit and go through floorplans if necessary, or we can prepare the contract for you for signing. We check the rates and terms are correct before the contract comes to you to ensure that legal and procurement teams are happy before booking a venue or hotel.
We no longer operate as a 360 event management service provider. However, we have a team of trusted event management freelancers in our network that we call upon to assist clients. Just ask and we can connect you.
No, we are not limited to or incentivised to work with any specific venue or hotel chain. We are privately owned and run. This means that we are able to give 100% impartial advise on which venue to book that would be best for your event requirements.
